before returning a faulty item to give the opportunity to resolve the
problem by email.We at 'computernetworkingsolutions.co.uk' accept returns within '90 days of receipt' as long as the item is found to be faulty an is returned in its original condition.
The return of the item is the responsibility of the buyer.
Return postage cost is refundable if your item is wrongly described or DOA, in which case the minimal return postage cost will be refunded. If a number of items are ordered on the same order the delivery charge will be calculated proportionately.

Items are
delivered using Royal Mail. All prices are accurate and up to date after
the increase in April.Orders will be despatched the same day or by 12pm the following day if the order is made after 5pm. Royal Mail Special Guarenteed Next Day Delivery is also available.
